I look forward to a time when healthy and ethical food is as ubiquitous as fast food is now.

As long as balanced plant-based meals are not readily available to buy, most people won't adopt such a diet. As long as most people follow a diet of mostly comfort food, there is no incentive for the food industry to sell anything better.

I manage just fine putting together ingredients to make a good meal, but I wish the effort weren't necessary for healthy nutrition.

At the very least we should have vending machines for nutritious food — possibly Soylent.
